ConektUp can locate talent based upon the steady gathering of data from juniors upwards.  This could be based upon awards, skills, personal best times, comparative benchmarks, coaching notes, special coaching events, videos or other material.  A status can be assigned to each athlete (e.g. Best & Fairest Award, PBT above average for age).

The messaging system within the software can provide the means of notifying a club that there is a junior athlete who should be reviewed based on automated data analysis.

ConektUp can record incidents of any nature, that may be material to the performance of an athlete.
