ConektUp is highly configurable solution whereby organisation and training needs are extremely low for your organisation. Our simple to use interfaces allow you to manage the system quickly and easily, but it is your choice to configure ConektUP yourself or for Conekter to complete all administration. Conekter provide both services for managing your system for you and/or Training so that your staff can manage the system autonomously.

Staff Training

We provide National training for your team on using ConektUp across your organisation. Training programs include System Orientation, Program Workflow, Team Manager Orientation and Change Management. Additionally, we have “Train the Trainer” programs so that your staff can train internally. It is important to note that Staff Training and Orientation programs are brief as ConektUp is simple to understand and use.

Advanced Training and certified courses

Our team will work closely with your key staff to train them on all administrator components of Conekter. Amongst other things, at the end of this initial training, your team will be able to create their own fields, workflows and smart forms within Conekter as well as set up the finance structure for your accounts, funds and services. They will have complete autonomy in creating user and agent accounts for accessing the system, and building up your agency management contacts for auto-populating information relating to inward and outward referrals. Our dedicated team will support your organisation throughout the implementation and change management process and beyond. We are here to support any new changes you encounter, will provide advice and assistance, whenever you or your team seek it. We can deliver training and support via the most flexible or convenient method to you - either online, face-to-face or telephone.
